The Canadian Seed Institute’s assessors have extensive experience in working with quality management systems (QMS) and adapting a company’s existing QMS to many different Standards. This expertise will enable companies to smoothly transition from their current QMS to an Identity Preserved system based on the Canadian Identity Preserved Recognition System Standard.

CSI also has a full slate of assessors that clients can choose to work with. These auditors will be accredited by the Canadian Grain Commission and authorized to provide audits against the CIPRS Standard. This will minimize any incremental costs in becoming certified, as the CSI will become a one-stop shop for all the industry’s assessing needs.
